1st PLACE - Loco Train
David (aged 26 and from the UK) is our first ride design winner. He designed not the best one but the best two rides! The first ride is an impressive black and orange coiling beast with some great theming. Chris Sawyer said that it "just looks wonderful".
1st PLACE - Caesar's Race
David's second ride is an amazing twin roller coaster with great use of the adjacent stations feature on this ride. Chris Sawyer said "the track layout is very clever and well themed".
3rd PLACE - DNA
Lee (aged 49 from the UK) designed a ride with twin underground stations - an amazing feat of engineering this one. The track design on its own doesn't show the full design to its utmost so make sure you check out the save game.
To view the winning entries in full you will need to download the saved games so you can see all the elements of the ride like theming, ground level, etc. which effect the excitement rating.
The track file does not contain external elements like theming so the excitement rating will not be the same compared to when the ride was judged as a winning entry.
You will need the full version of RollerCoaster Tycoon to view these.
